I was thinking of apply the Scotts starter fertilizer with tenacity (since I didn't spray it beforehand) but not sure if I want to feed the regular grass yet. Is it to early to put down any fertilizer on the regular grass? I don't want to make the overseed areas worse by shading out the seed that hasn't germinated yet.
